I am wondering why you chose to use many individual meters as opposed to the SMB 350 meters?

This is a very smart question. The owner of the office park intended to choose DAE SMB350 at the beginning. However, the architect told him it is the regulation in California to charge the tenants with California CTEP approved meters. It is DAE Polaris meter which is California CTEP approved. SMB350 is not. Therefore, DAE Polaris meters were used in the project.
