Great
I am a DIY Customer, not really knowing what I¡¦m doing. I had a question and out of the blue. I just thought I would call and it was a Sunday afternoon. I actually got someone to answer and they lead me through the problem. Also, A Great product at a reasonable price. For other DIYs like me, there are instructions on their website if you have problems.
“Hi Frank, It’s been a pleasure to chat with you (a home owner from Boonville, CA) in a Sunday afternoon when the leave begins to turn red on the change of your 1” water meter couplings (DAE C-100) and gaskets (DAE G-100) and go through the Installation Guide of Water Meter to PVC Piping (https://daecontrol.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/Installation-of-Water-Meter-to-PVC-Piping-1.1.pdf).
