  • DAE CG-75 has 3/4″ Female NPT pipe thread and 3/4″ Female GHT Garden Hose Thread. Length of DAE CG-75 Fitting : 1.25 inches.
  • In order to install the 3/4″ water meter (ex. DAE AS200U-75 or DAE PVM-75) with Spigot and garden hose, you will need 2 DAE CG-75. Their connection is as follows.
    ¾” Spigot (Male GHT) + CG-75 + ¾” water meter coupling (male, NPT) + CG-75 + ¾” Hose (male GHT)
DAE AS200U-75 can only be installed horizontally with dial facing upwards (5th picture). If you would like to connect the meter to spigot directly (6th picture), we would suggest that you choose DAE PVM-75 which can be installed in any position, vertically or horizontally, dial facing upwards or downwards or side-way, water flowing downwards or upwards.
  • Spigot or garden hose to CG-75 will be sealed by the rubber washer come with CG-75. Water meter coupling to CG-75 will be sealed with teflon tape, which is available in stores like Home Depot.
  • DAE Controls LLC is a Minority Business. Please feel free to get the NMSDC Minority Supplier Certificate from DAE Controls Website.

I am a DIY Customer, not really knowing what I¡¦m doing. I had a question and out of the blue. I just thought I would call and it was a Sunday afternoon. I actually got someone to answer and they lead me through the problem. Also, A Great product at a reasonable price. For other DIYs like me, there are instructions on their website if you have problems.
