The Use of DAE Cloud System

The Cloud fee will be adjusted periodically as per the inflation and the actual cost in the maintenance of the Cloud System. If Customer does not accept the fee Increase, Customer’s sole right and remedy shall be to terminate the use of this system by written notice to Company no later than thirty (30) days after Company notifies Customer of the fee. Customer’s failure to respond within the 30-day period shall be construed as Customer’s acknowledgement that the continuation of the Services by Company hereunder is good, valuable and sufficient consideration for the fee.
